To give you plenty of choice, whether you want to embroider a gift to celebrate a baby boy or girl, we have three different colour ways for you to pick from. The ‘baby pink’ option is all about combining different shades of pink with pops of yellow and khaki; ‘baby blue’ mixes dark navy with a lime green, with plenty of blue and green tones in between. Our mustard yellow option is a firm favourite for any gender, with the really bright pop of yellow alongside the grey, white and blue tones of the thread and beads.

Perfect for adding a handmade touch to a nursery, our personalised name decoration embroidery kits make a lovely gift to pop on the wall, place on a shelf or hang with a piece of ribbon. The project is designed to fit inside a 7” embroidery hoop, so it will make a real impact when displayed. However, we have designed the kit using satin stitch and back stitch to create a botanical wreath around the edge of the name, which shouldn't take you too long to stitch. 

Once we have received your order & know what details you would like adding to your kit, Kirsty will sit down and write the names for your hoop in her own handwriting, before printing your custom design onto the fabric colour of your choice. We will then package everything you will need to complete the kit into an organic cotton bag with a packaging band wrapped around the bag. Kirsty will personalise the image of the finished kit by hand-writing your selected names onto the packaging. We’ll then pop your kit into a box, attach your address to the front and drop it off at the Post Office.

Apart from a pair of scissors, which you will need to trim your threads and frame your work inside the embroidery hoop at the end, we include all of the materials you will need to complete the project :

• 2x Needles (1x John James embroidery needle, 1x beading needle)
• Full Instructions (A4 size booklet)
• Linen/Cotton Mix Fabric with Pre-Printed Outline (personalised with your chosen details)
• Backer (placed behind the fabric)
• 7” Embroidery Hoop (Elbesee Hardwood Hoop)
• Threads (Stranded Cotton, Crewel Wool, (Pink colourway only - Tencel Yarn))
• Seed Beads (Size 11 Toho Seed Beads)
• Bobbin of Thread (for attaching beads)
• Organic Cotton Bag (for storing your kit)
