Stitch your own Personalised Cross Stitch to Give to the Special Couple on their Wedding Day !
We are so excited to share our wedding cross stitch kit with you - the idea is to help you create something handmade and truly unique that you can be proud to give as a gift. It can be difficult to draft your own charts, work out which colours to use and how to translate a fancy font into stitching, so we have designed this kit to help! You will receive all of the charts you need, customised with the names and date you request. Kirsty hand writes the names out, before translating them into the stitch charts provided in the kit, meaning that your charts are unique and easy to follow. Everything needed is included inside the kit, from your charts and instructions to your aida, needles, hoop, threads & beads. All you will need is a pair of scissors to snip the ends of the threads as you finish using each length.
A question we are often asked when it comes to wedding kits is 'can I change the colours?' and our answer is... of course you can! We want you to create something that the special couple loves & fits to their taste, so whether you want to match the colours to their wedding colour scheme or their favourite shades, we can help. You can be as vague (eg. green, yellow & pink) or as detailed (eg. pale pink aida, sage green leaves & mustard yellow flowers) as you like in your colour requests - if you'd like to discuss the colours, want some help deciding or have specific swatches you would like to match to, just pop an email to kirsty@kirstyfreemandesign.co.uk and we will help. We do have to charge £6 extra for a kit with customised colours, to cover the time taken to choose the new threads & beads, customise the cross stitch chart colours & assembling the customised parts of the kit.
Please look out for an email from us if you have requested your own colours. We will send you an image showing you the colours that we have chosen for your kit. This will give you the opportunity to change any colours that don't quite match what you were looking for, before we pack the kit up for you. If we don't receive a response within 24 hours, we will send you a reminder. If we still haven't heard from you after a further 24 hours, we will send the kit out to you without approval, as we pride ourselves on quick delivery! (Please note that the image on the front of the kit box will still show the standard colourway, as we are unable to print these in custom colours, but please be assured that the kit inside the box will include the colours you have chosen. If this is a problem, let us know & we can make an alternative arrangement for the packaging!).
