This kit is ideal for beginners who want to try embroidery, or for those who want to perfect the fundamentals. Our floral bee embroidery kit uses just two types of stitches - satin stitch and back stitch, which are two of the easiest and most used stitches in embroidery. Whether you prefer learning by reading step by step instructions, watching video tutorials, looking at diagrams or following photographs, our extensive instruction booklet includes everything you need to know (plus our top tips) in a format that you can easily follow. The design is pre-printed onto a lovely linen fabric, meaning you can get stuck straight into the project - no tracing needed! You may never have stitched on linen before, but it is definitely our favourite fabric for embroidery. It looks much more premium than calico or cotton and the needle always slides through the fabric beautifully.
Whether you regularly spend time being creative, or just remember loving arts and crafts as a kid, we want to help you along your journey. Looking after your mental health has been really difficult for most people over the past few years, so we have tried to combine beautiful parts of nature (daisies, yew leaves, wildflowers and of course, a bumble bee) with the calming art of embroidery.
